New retailers set to open at N. 333 Broad in Doylestown
Frozen yogurt shop and wellness spa become first commercial tenants at borough apartment complex

A year after the opening of the luxury apartment complex at N. 333 Broad in Doylestown Borough, the development is beginning to fill its ground-floor retail spaces with two new businesses preparing to open.
The first tenants include Degree Wellness, a national wellness and recovery franchise, and Dollop Frozen Yogurt, a new family-owned frozen yogurt shop started by Doylestown native and Central Bucks West graduate Lauren Fitzmartin, according to PhillyBurbs.com. The businesses will occupy two of the four retail storefronts within the $77 million mixed-use development built at the former Doylestown Intelligencer property along Broad Street and Atkinson Drive.
Dollop Frozen Yogurt plans to bring a classic self-serve frozen yogurt experience back to the area, offering 10 yogurt flavors and more than 20 toppings, including fresh fruit and specialty add-ons. The menu will also include vegan and sugar-free options, frozen yogurt sandwiches and pup cups. Fitzmartin said the location near Broad Commons Park made the site especially attractive, particularly during borough concerts and community events. Meanwhile, Degree Wellness is expected to open May 23 and will offer services ranging from cryotherapy and infrared saunas to IV therapy and red-light treatments.
The larger complex includes 235 apartments spread across four connected buildings, more than 10,000 square feet of retail space and over 400 parking spaces. Leasing continues for the remaining storefronts.
