Rescue of the Week: Selena, a 6-year-old Maltese
Wellie’s Wish Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Selena, a six-year-old Maltese, as their featured rescue of the week.
Selena is a sweet little 12-pound girl whose puppy mill days are finally behind her. She gets along well with all the dogs in her foster home, but what she really wants most is to simply be close to her people.
Whether relaxing nearby or following you from room to room, Selena is happiest when she’s with her family. She is crate-trained and currently working on house training.
A fenced yard would be a big plus, as leash walking is still new to her. Selena is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, and she’s ready to start the next chapter of her life as someone’s cherished companion.
