Concerts at the Commons returns to Doylestown with month of free live music and family fun
Weekly Thursday night series at Broad Commons Park to feature nationally touring acts, food trucks, craft beverages and kids activities throughout May

A month-long outdoor concert series is returning to downtown Doylestown Borough this May, bringing live music, food trucks, local brews and family-friendly activities to Broad Commons Park every Thursday evening.
Produced by Stage United in collaboration with Doylestown Borough, the “Concerts at the Commons” series will run each Thursday in May beginning at 6 p.m. at Broad Commons Park, 10 Doyle St. Organizers said the free event series is open to all ages and will also feature children’s activities, beer and beverage vendors, dessert trucks and pet-friendly outdoor gathering space.
This week’s kickoff concert on Thursday will feature Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter Sug Daniels with opening performer Clover Stieve. Daniels has gained regional and national recognition for blending folk, rock, soul and Americana influences, including performances at major festivals and appearances on NPR music programs.
The evening’s food and drink lineup will include Local Harvest Pizza, Fry’s Scratch Kitchen, Vernafern, Kona Ice and Crumbl Cookies, along with beverages from Free Will Brewing, Main Street Sport & Social, Free Spirit and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee of Richboro.
The concert series continues May 14 with high-energy Philadelphia funk band SNACKTIME alongside Colacore; May 21 with Americana group Driftwood and Katelynn Casper; and concludes May 28 with a WXPN-sponsored performance by Fat Mezz featuring Hay Sugar.
Organizers said the event aims to create a welcoming community atmosphere in the heart of downtown Doylestown while showcasing regional and touring musical acts.
The series is supported by several local sponsors, including Fred Beans Automotive Group, C&N Bank and PECO through its Local Vitality to Exelon grant program.

Limited parking will be available at Borough Hall, with additional public parking located nearby at the Bucks County parking garage across from the park.
