A Warminster man is facing charges after police said he was identified on surveillance video vandalizing a vehicle in Warrington Township and later fled from officers before being taken into custody.
Warrington Police said the incident occurred around 7:23 p.m. Feb. 28, 2026 in the 2400 block of Dianes Way, where officers were called for a report of criminal mischief.
According to police, the victim’s vehicle sustained extensive damage, including two flattened tires, a damaged gas cover, broken window rain guards, key scratches along the driver’s and rear doors, a damaged driver’s door handle, and a broken backup camera. Total damage was estimated at $5,197.37, police said.
Investigators identified Jaquan Martin Loeb, 26, of Warminster, as the suspect through video surveillance, according to the report.
A warrant was issued for his arrest, and police said Loeb later spoke with officers on March 11, when he was advised of the warrant. Authorities said he denied causing the damage but told police he had compensated the victim.
On March 15, Bryn Athyn Police made contact with Loeb, who fled on foot before being apprehended, according to Warrington Police. He was taken into custody, turned over to Warrington Police, and transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical clearance prior to processing.
Loeb is jailed on 10% of $35,000 cash bail and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
