All charges were moved to Bucks County Common Pleas Court for a former Warrington U-Haul worker accused of stealing thousands of dollars in fuel via unauthorized transactions.
Mark Chamberlain, 43, of Philadelphia, Chamberlain faces charges of felony access device fraud, felony theft, and felony receiving stolen property, according to charging documents.
According to Warrington Township Police, officers were called to U-Haul, 226 Titus Avenue, on Aug. 28, 2023, for a reported employee theft. Management told officers that Chamberlain had been terminated earlier that day following an internal investigation.
Investigators determined Chamberlain had allegedly been making unauthorized fuel purchases for a two-month period. Police said he conducted more than 115 transactions totaling more than $9,600 before being caught.
A warrant was later issued for Chamberlain’s arrest. On Sept. 1, 2025, he turned himself in to police.
Chamberlain is free on $30,000 unsecured bail. Â Formal arraignment is set for March 6. He is represented by a public defender.
