Perkasie Borough Parks and Recreation has unveiled its 2026 lineup of Specialty Summer Camps, with registration set to open Feb. 1. The one-week camps are designed to keep children and teens active, creative and engaged all summer, with options for part-time morning, part-time afternoon or full-day schedules.
Families can choose from a wide range of themed programs based on their child’s interests. STEM-focused campers can explore hands-on science and engineering through programs like Nature Chemists, Eureka! Flight to the Future Science Camp and several LEGO® engineering camps, including Wizarding World of Engineering, Dino Design, Jurassic Engineering, Sports Lab and Pro Sports Lab. Each combines imaginative themes with real-world problem-solving and design concepts.
For kids who prefer outdoor challenges, adventure-style camps such as Escape the Camp and Wild Skills Camp focus on teamwork, confidence-building and nature-based problem-solving activities. Sports-minded campers can develop skills and sportsmanship through Basketball Camp, Multi-Sport Camp and Archery Camp, all designed to teach fundamentals in a fun, instructional setting.
Creative campers can take the stage in Perkasie’s long-running theater programs. Creative Theater Camp returns for its 16th season at Menlo Park, joined by Enhanced Theater Camps featuring themed productions such as a Gilbert and Sullivan mash-up and Robin Hood. Each session ends with a live performance for family and friends.
All specialty camps run Monday through Friday and are led by experienced instructors and partner organizations. Camps are open to both residents and non-residents, but space is limited.
Families can register and view full program details beginning Feb. 1 by visiting the Parks and Recreation programs page on the Perkasie Borough website at perkasieborough.org under Departments > Parks & Recreation > Programs & Activities.
