Warrington Township Police Department Officer David Kozuch was recognized last month for his ongoing commitment to local youth and families during a school assembly at Mill Creek Elementary School.
Kozuch was honored during the school’s Holiday Sing, held before a packed auditorium, where he was named an “Honorary Creeker” in recognition of his dedication to the Mill Creek community and the positive impact he has made through programs such as Shop with a Cop.
School officials cited the countless students and families who have benefited from his involvement and continued presence in the school community.
Officials with the department praised Kozuch for the strong, positive relationships he has built with elementary school families year after year, noting that his efforts extend well beyond routine policing and reflect a deep commitment to community engagement.
In presenting the honor, school representatives thanked Kozuch for his service, telling him, “It is with gratitude for your dedication to the Mill Creek community that we honor you as an ‘Honorary Creeker.’ What you do touches the lives of so many.”
