Nick Sirianni grades out well in leaked NFLPA report cards, but Eagles have other areas to improve

In an extremely predictable development, the 2025 NFLPA report cards leaked. They painted an interesting picture of the Eagles organization.

Earlier this month, the NFL won a grievance over the NFLPA, blocking the union from releasing the results of report cards from their players that ranked the organizations in a variety of on an off-field categories. After two years of the NFLPA directly releasing the results on their website, an arbitrator determined that the report cards were a collective bargaining agreement violation because they were "disparaging NFL clubs and individuals."

Yet, here we are in February of 2026, and ESPN's Kalyn Kahler has obtained the full grades from the report cards. Kahler is a tremendous reporter, but it's not hard to imagine where she got these results from.

Here's where the Eagles stood:

Treatment of Families: C+; Home Game Field: A; Food/Dining Area: A; Nutritionist/Dietician: B+; Locker Room: D; Training Room: B-; Training Staff: A; Weight Room: A-; Strength Coaches: A-; Position Coaches: A-; Offensive Coordinator: C+; Defensive Coordinator: A+; Special Teams Coordinator: A; Team Travel: F; Head Coach: A; General Manager: B; Team Ownership: B

Overall, the Eagles ranked 20th out of 32, according to Kahler.

What you'll see from this report is that many of the things related to game day with the Eagles graded out well. Despite how embattled Nick Sirianni was this past season, probably deservedly, he received an A. Vic Fangio received an A+. "Offensive coordinator" got a C+, but that's not particularly relevant any more because it was grading the since-fired Kevin Patullo, not Sean Mannion. Things like home game field (A), special teams coordinator Michael Clay (A), strength coaches (A-) and training staff (A) all received strong marks as well.

Interestingly, owner Jeffrey Lurie and general manager Howie Roseman — who are both viewed as top five in their respective roles across the league — each "only" received a grade of B.

There is a reality that the general manager and owner need to keep a bit of distance from players, ones they will eventually have to negotiate contracts with, cut, etc. That could partially explain why Lurie and Roseman didn't seem to do as well as staff who interact with players on a day-to-day basis.

In the case of Lurie specifically, it's clear that there are some areas where players would like to see improvement of, which he's ultimately responsible for. Locker room — which we believe refers to the locker room at the practice facility now called Jefferson Health Training Complex, as opposed to Lincoln Financial Field — was given a D. Treatment of families received a C+. Team travel received an F.

For as great as Kahler's reporting is, she didn't obtain the specific feedback that players give anonymously. That had been part of the NFLPA report cards, and the specific feedback helped to understand how players arrived at these grades. Perhaps that will eventually come out, though this is definitely an interesting start.
