Warminster Township officials are advancing plans for a sweeping renovation and expansion of the Five Ponds Golf Club clubhouse, aiming to transform the township-owned course into a modern, year-round destination.
During the Feb. 5 board of supervisors meeting, according to the Bucks County Herald, representatives from Kimmel Bogrette Architects unveiled a proposed two-story, 30,000-square-foot expansion featuring a circular driveway to ease traffic flow, an expanded banquet hall and dining areas, a redesigned pro shop, four golf simulators and a new Five Ponds Bar & Grill with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the course.
Township leaders said the long-discussed project is designed to separate golf operations from event space, allowing the venue to host more weddings, parties and private events while increasing revenue, per the report.
Officials described the concept as both upscale and welcoming, with added amenities to support winter golf leagues and expanded community use.
