He previously served as Director of Elementary Education in the Easton Area School District as well as building principal at the elementary, middle and high school levels and classroom teacher, according to a district press release.

“I am excited to welcome Dr. Andy Doster to the Pennridge team,” said Superintendent Dr. Angelo Berrios. “He brings a proven track record of success and a breadth of experience that will add value to our organization. Dr. Doster has served in multiple roles throughout his career, most recently as a superintendent, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the work and a strong understanding of both systems and people. We look forward to his leadership and partnership as he joins our team.”

“I am very excited and grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Pennridge School District community and team,” said Doster. “It is an honor to work in a district with a reputation and history of being a great place for students, families, and employees.”

“As a parent of Pennridge alumni, I am thrilled to serve the district that provided so many opportunities for my children to learn, achieve, and experience success in their lives,” Doster continued. “I am looking forward to being a part of the process of continual improvement and bringing my diverse administrative experiences to the district in the Human Resources Department. I am excited to be a part of a great team here at the district while focusing on moving things forward, creating a great environment for everyone in the school district community.”

Doster holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (K–12) from Delaware Valley University, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Wilkes University and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University. He maintains active Pennsylvania certifications in Elementary Education, Mid-Level English, Principal (K–12), and Superintendent Letter of Eligibility, said the release.
