Warrington Township is now accepting vendor and sponsor applications for its free 2026 Community Day, one of the township’s largest and most anticipated events.
The event typically draws between 2,000 and 4,000 attendees and features live entertainment, food vendors, family-friendly activities and local organizations.
This year's event returns Saturday, Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Officials say the event offers businesses and nonprofits an opportunity to connect directly with residents while increasing visibility in the community.
Applications are available through the township’s Parks and Recreation department.
Community Day will feature between 50 to 70 vendors from small local shops and larger businesses, and live performances from local martial arts schools, music schools, a Rick Deezie magic show, and police K-9 demonstrations.
Food trucks, games, rides, bounce houses, and a petting zoo also highlight the event.
For-profit and non-profit vendors will be provided with a 10-foot by 10-foot tent with a name sign displayed above the booth, along with one table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be purchased if needed.
Touch-a-Truck vendors will not be provided with a tent, but may bring their own 10x10 tent. One table and two chairs provided. Any tent larger than 100 square feet must be requested in advance for approval, or it will not be permitted for use during the event, organizers said..
All vendors must remain within the boundaries of their assigned space at all times and keep their area clean and organized. All vendors are expected to stay for the entire duration of the event and actively provide goods, services, or information to the community throughout the day.
