  • Public Safety

Warrington Fire Company responded to the report of a vehicle fire on the 2900 block of Bristol Road in Warrington Township just before noon on Tuesday.

Arriving crews encountered a fully involved vehicle in the driveway of the residence. The vehicle was close to an outside shed, which also began to catch fire.

Firefighters were able to get the fire under control quickly, and no injuries were reported.

It is unclear at this time what caused the vehicle to ignite.

A portion of Bristol Road near Turk Road was temporarily closed in both directions as emergency personnel worked the scene.

Responding units included Warrington Fire Co., Doylestown Fire Co., and Warrington Township Police.
