Warrington Township’s popular community yard sale is set to return next month, bringing bargain hunters and sellers together for a morning of shopping and community connection.
The event will take place Saturday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to noon at John Paul Park at Lower Nike, 301 Folly Road. A rain date is scheduled for May 3.

Shoppers can expect a wide range of items, including household goods, clothing, toys, books and more, as residents set up to sell their unwanted items garage-sale style.
New this year, Fire One Food Truck will be on site, offering food for attendees as they browse. Township officials say the event continues to draw visitors from across the area, making it one of Warrington’s more well-attended community gatherings.
Residents interested in selling items can reserve vendor space, with spots priced at $25 for a 10-by-10 space or $40 for a double space. Organizers note the event is intended for individuals selling personal household items, and commercial vendors or professional resellers are not permitted.
Vendor setup begins at 7 a.m., with all participants required to arrive and be set up by 8:30 a.m.
About 60 spaces are available, and officials say reservations are expected to fill quickly.
