A big pair of scissors and a bright red ribbon officially opened the doors Friday to Landmark at Dublin, a project many hope will redefine the center of Bucks County’s smallest borough.
Neighbors, business leaders, and elected officials gathered for the ceremony, celebrating what developers described as both a modern living space and a symbol of Dublin Borough’s revival. Guests toured the freshly finished apartments and rooftop terrace, while local leaders highlighted the project’s role in driving new energy into the borough.
The Landmark brings 78 apartments to Main Street, complete with amenities such as a rooftop putting green, golf simulator, pet spa, and co-working areas. Leasing opened even before construction wrapped, and interest has been strong, according to the development team.
According to its website, a 1-bath, 444-square-foot luxury studio begins at $1,995 a month, up to $2,350 a month for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath 760-square-foot apartment.
On the ground floor, retail spaces are already in demand, with several businesses preparing to sign on. Plans call for restaurants, shops, and services that will serve both residents and the surrounding community. Developers say a patio end-cap spot is already drawing interest from restaurateurs eager to open a café or pizzeria.
“This is more than just a building,” said Michael DeMaio of Milex Construction, one of the project’s partners. “It’s a cornerstone for the future of Dublin Borough.”
The $25 million development comes from a locally rooted team — Milex Construction, Suburban City Group, and Keystone Partners Group — with a vision to strengthen Dublin’s identity as a walkable, thriving community.
For many at the ribbon cutting, Landmark was not just about apartments and storefronts, but about momentum for a small borough making a big push to reinvent itself.
