A woman not yet old enough to drink is headed to Bucks County jail for 11 months and 29 days to 23 months and 29 days after a Bucks County judge accepted a guilty plea agreement for her role in a Christmas Eve shooting in Warminster Township.

Savanna Summer Munoz, 19, pleaded guilty last week to felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor charges of possessing an instrument of crime with intent, three counts of simple assault, and reckless endangerment, according to court documents.

A felony charge of attempted aggravated assault was dismissed against Munoz.

Savanna Summer Munoz, 19, was charged by Warminster investigators for her role in the afternoon shooting on Evans Street in Warminster Heights, according to court records.

Police said officers responded to 35 Evans St. at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 24, 2024, for a shooting. Doylestown Police informed Warminster authorities that a victim was at Doylestown Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, and that they were shot at 35 Evans St. by Munoz, police said.

Upon arrival at the residence, police found Munoz, who told them she argued with the victim, per the complaint.

During the argument, Munoz retrieved a revolver from her safe on the second floor of the home and concealed it in the right front pocket of her jacket that she was wearing, before confronting the victim again on the first floor.

During the second altercation, Munoz pulled out the gun, at which point the victim fled the house, south on Evans Street.

Munoz went outside and pointed the gun at the victim’s back while they ran down the street, and fired one round, striking the victim in the leg, police said. Munoz then put the gun back in the safe.

Police executed a search warrant on Munoz’s home after her arrest and recovered a revolver with four live rounds and one spent casing.

Munoz has been at Bucks County jail since Christmas Day 2024, of which she will get credit toward her confinement, according to court records.

The court also has no objection to Munoz moving to Florida, court records show. She is also barred from contact with the victim and must undergo mental health treatment.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
