A Hilltown Township man has been charged by Bucks County detectives with felony counts of possession of child pornography, dissemination of photos or films of child sex acts, and criminal use of a communications device for allegedly sharing more than 1,000 child sexual abuse materials online and possessing more than 2,000 videos and images on his computer.

Detectives said the investigation into alleged activity by Saige George Gelegonya aka Sage Gelegonya, 32, of the 500 block of Keystone Drive, began on July 22, 2025, when investigators were running an undercover computer program that was attempting to identify computer devices in Bucks County using a BitTorrent file-sharing protocol to download and share child sexual abuse materials.

The detectives’ computer was able to complete downloads of more than 1,000 files from a target computer, alleged to be owned by Gelegonya, police said in the criminal affidavit. These files depicted videos of prepubescent and pubescent females posing nude, police said.

On Sept. 4, detectives served a search warrant at Gelegonya’s Keystone Drive home. During the search, multiple electronic devices were collected and analyzed, including a USB device and a desktop PC.

All in all, these devices had more than 2,000 images and videos of child sexual abuse material, detectives said.

Gelegonya is jailed in Bucks County on 10% of $100,000 cash bail ahead of a Nov. 3 preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage. He was charged by detectives Oct. 6.

According to court documents, Gelegonya has a history of felony and misdemeanor DUI convictions in Bucks County.

Gelegonya is a Pennridge High School graduate and works as an apprentice carpenter for the Philadelphia Carpenters Union, according to his Facebook page.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
