Two vacant Doylestown Borough businesses to be razed for new retail spaces

The buildings along West State Street will be demolished by end of the year

A former soccer store and an auto parts store in Doylestown Borough will be razed and replaced by 6,000 square feet of new retail buildings.

Ann Worth, of Worth & Worth LLC, told Bucks County Herald that the two vacant properties at West State and North Franklin streets – which once were the sites of Striker Soccer at 161 W. State St. and Repco Auto Parts – will be demolished later this year, with new construction set for Spring 2026.

“We’re looking for long-term tenants, retail boutiques, possibly a doctor’s office or other professional offices. There won’t be anything wild and crazy in there,” Worth told the newspaper. “We’re trying to keep what the borough is looking for.”
