Warminster Police said Thanksgiving night that a pedestrian remains in critical condition at an area hospital after being struck by a car while walking on the 100 block of Street Road between Park Avenue and Louis Drive.
Police initially reported to the public that the incident was a “potential fatal accident.” It is unclear if there are additional victims at this time.
Police said the operator of the car remained on scene.
Street Road remains closed in both directions between Park Avenue and Louis Drive. Police issued a Crimewatch alert on the accident at 9:34 p.m.
The gender, age and hometown of the victim was not released by police.
