The nonprofit, Kin Wellness and Support Cener in Buckingham Township, which is dedicated to providing free services and care to the Bucks County cancer community, celebrates the results of its final fundraising event of 2025. Nearly 300 people attended the event on Saturday, November 8, making it the highest earning fundraiser in the non-profit’s history.
Known for lavish prizes and gift baskets, which consisted of 70+ raffles, casino prizes and silent auction items which ranged from hot air balloon rides, to a VIP Flyers Experience, four separate vacation homes, jewelry, live edge hand-crafted wood tables, TV’s and over $20,000 of raffle items. The event featured hand passed hors' d'oeuvres, with a top-shelf full bar and 27 gaming tables with dealers.
The evening was supported by in-kind donations and sponsorships from very popular local businesses. Christou Catering served over 3000 delicious hors’ d’oeuvres. The event was photographed by Garrett Rosbach.
Renee Lumio, Volunteer Fundraising Leader for Kin Casino Night shares, “I’m beyond proud and deeply grateful for what we’ve accomplished together in just two short years with the annual Kin Casino fundraiser! We’ve grown from raising $10,000 to an incredible $102,000 this year — our highest total yet! None of this would be possible without the dedication, heart, and teamwork of an amazing committee that shares the same mission I do: to help others. I can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve next year!”
We’d like to thank OHM Fitness & LBK Design Build who served as Title Sponsors. We’d like to thank these local businesses for their sponsorship and participation: Fairway Mortgage, Louise Williamson/Keller Williams, Buckingham-Holicong Valley Veterinary Center, HIP Group/Melissa Guttuso, Deana Corrigan/Compass RE, First National Bank of Newtown, Class Harlan Real Estate/Clint
