Home At Last Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Sir Williams, affectionately known as Willie, an 18-month-old Beagle, as their featured rescue of the week.
Willie is a friendly, playful boy who weighs just under 30 pounds and gets along well with both people and other animals. He enjoys walks, toys, and sticking to a simple routine of eating, playing, and resting. Willie currently lives with two cats, who he finds a little intimidating, so he often chooses the comfort of his crate during the day and sleeps there peacefully at night.
True to his Beagle nature, Willie loves to follow a good scent and would make a great companion for someone who enjoys the outdoors or has interest in his natural tracking instincts. He’d also be thrilled to have a canine sibling and tries hard to make friends everywhere he goes, even with the “other dog” in the mirror.
