Buckingham Township Polie are inviting area youth to get creative and colorful for the Thanksgiving season, for a chance to turn the station into an art gallery.

Police want to decorate the department for Thanksgiving by having young artists draw or color their best turkey and share it with them.

The art will be displayed around the department and posted to social media.

Artists can submit their artwork by dropping off their turkey art at the police department at 4613 Hughesian Dr., between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Masterpieces can also be emailed to [email protected].

Police will reward the first 15 youths who drop off their drawings in person with a free coloring book.

“Let’s fill the department with creativity and Thanksgiving cheer — we can’t wait to see your colorful turkeys,” police said in a news release.
