Central Bucks South is heading back to the state title stage.
The Titans girls soccer team scored three second-half goals Tuesday night to erase a 2-1 deficit and defeat Central Dauphin 3-2 in the PIAA Class 4A semifinals at Cocalico High School’s Talon Field, according to The Mercury.
Sophomore Khloe Montini provided the game-winner with 5:20 left in regulation, lofting a shot from the left side that sailed over the keeper and into the net, according to the gameplay report. Senior Tessa Hughes assisted on the decisive play and added a goal earlier in the half, while Charlotte Manley also scored for the Titans.
Central Bucks South (18-6-1) advances to face rival Central Bucks East for the state championship at 1 p.m. Friday at Northeastern High School in Manchester, York County. It will be the teams’ fourth meeting this season and the first all-Suburban One League girls final since 2018, per the report.
