Pennridge graduate and international internet personality Brittany Furlan, 38, has separated from her husband, notorious Mötley Crüe drummer and Pamela Anderson ex Tommy Lee, TMZ announced Friday morning.
Furlan, a 2005 graduate of Pennridge High School and former Perkasie resident, married the glam metal rocker in 2019, two years after meeting. They have no children together.
According to sources, the couple have been split up for about two weeks, with Lee’s drinking the alleged cause of it all.
Lee, 62, unfollowed Furlan on Instagram and on Thursday, he posted a video of him in the studio working on a song called “Stupid Girl,” according to TMZ.
Furlan’s rise to fame began with short comedy skits posted on the former social media app Vine. She signed with Endemol Network in 2014. She came under fire for a comment made at the 2014 Daytime Emmys Red Carpet show when she told actor Ryan Paevy, “We’re going to get you away from us before we rape you.”
She also appeared as herself in the 2018 documentary “The American Meme,” which explored the lifestyle and trajectory of four social media influencers: Paris Hilton, Emily Ratajkowski, Josh Ostrovsky and DJ Khaled.
Furlan hosts the "This Is The Worst" podcast with comedian Brittany Schmitt.
Lee has been the drummer of Mötley Crüe since its inception in 1982. He was previously married to Heather Locklear from 1986 to 1993 and Anderson from 1995 to 1998, with whom he made an infamous sex tape that was the subject of a fictionalized Hulu miniseries "Pam & Tommy" in 2022.
Furlan once worked as a server at Bennigan's in Montgomeryville in the early 2000s.
