A Warminster woman has been arrested nearly two months after allegedly stealing $1,800 worth of merchandise from a Warrington beauty store.
According to police, Samantha B. Gelb, 43, was identified as the suspect in a retail theft that occurred on March 20, 2025, at the Ulta Beauty store located at 1561 Main Street in Warrington.
Store employees reported that Gelb entered the store, filled a bag with more than 50 items totaling $1,801, and left without paying.
Following an investigation, Warrington Township Police obtained an arrest warrant for Gelb. On May 10, she was stopped by Hatboro Police, who then contacted Warrington officers. Gelb was taken into custody and transported to the Warrington Police Department for processing.
She was later arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Wagner and released on her own recognizance. As part of her release conditions, Gelb was ordered to stay away from all Ulta Beauty locations pending further legal proceedings, police said.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
