Charges were held for Bucks County Common Pleas Court at a preliminary hearing March 10 against a Warrington Township man accused of breaking a victim’s jaw, which required surgery, during an argument.
Eric Horace Wilson, 24, was allegedly involved in the fight at a home on Billingsley Drive in the township on Feb. 10, and was subsequently charged with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, misdemeanor assault and harassment, police said.
Upon arrival to the scene, police found an argument had taken place, which became physical, with Wilson punching the victim in the face, breaking their jaw, police said.
A warrant was issued for Wilson’s arrest, and he turned himself in shortly thereafter, police said.
Wilson is free on $25,000 unsecured bail. Arraignment is scheduled for April 11.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
