Buckingham Township Police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred Tuesday night on Ridgeview Drive.
Police said officers responded to the 5700 block of Ridgeview Drive at 9 p.m. for a report of a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, police found forced entry through the rear basement door and the home’s phone line disconnected, police said.
Suspects attempted to disable the home’s security system, and meanwhile the homeowners were upstairs at the time, police said. When they heard loud noises from the basement, the homeowner called 911 and announced they called the police from the second floor.
The suspects fled the property through the rear kitchen door, investigators said.
Surveillance video from the home shows three males dressed in all black wearing hoods and masks fleeing down the driveway towards Ridgeview Drive.
