Juvenile destroys bathroom plumbing at Giant by flushing cat food down toilets, police say

The incident is under investigation

 Doylestown Township Police said Monday that a juvenile intentionally destroyed the plumbing in the bathroom of Giant Food Store by dumping dry cat food in them.

In its February 2025 police blotter report, police said officers began investigating numerous instances on Feb. 25 involving reports of a juvenile boy intentionally placing the cat food in the public toilets at the 1661 S. Easton Road market, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
