Expanding the Mission of RE:VIVALS

Executive Director of RE:VIVALS, Jason Black, shared exciting plans for the project’s impact, highlighting the launch of a new thrift store unlike anything seen before. This innovative thrift store will allow community members to donate goods and shop for quality items, with all proceeds directly funding the organization's five core focus areas:

  1. Food & Basic Needs Assistance – Providing groceries, meals, and essential supplies to those facing food insecurity.
  2. Mental & Behavioral Health Services – Offering counseling, support groups, and crisis intervention.
  3. Community Engagement & Service – Creating volunteer opportunities and outreach programs to strengthen community bonds.
  4. Education & Training Programs – Equipping individuals with job skills, life skills, and personal development opportunities.
  5. Spiritual & Emotional Support – Encouraging holistic well-being through faith-based initiatives and mentorship.

Additionally, Jason Black emphasized the exponential impact of expanding RE:VIVALS’ operations with this additional campus. Currently, the organization is on track to provide $600,000 in grocery donations this year to families in need.

With the new facilities, and support from Wegmans, Landis Supermarket, Trader Joes, and Clemens Food Group, they will be able to grow that amount to $1.8 million per year, significantly increasing their ability to provide food for the 2,000 individuals in the surrounding community living at or below the poverty line.

Maximizing Resources & Looking Ahead to Phase 2

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of local businesses and volunteers, Kingdom Patrons is on track to outperform its goal of completing this project for under 65 cents on the dollar. By leveraging volunteer labor, donated materials, and strategic partnerships, the organization is maximizing and stretching every dollar invested into the campus.

With the momentum of Phase 1 well underway and on track to be completed by June, Kingdom Patrons is already planning Phase 2 under the Neighborhood Assistance Program, further expanding its mission to support Christian nonprofits and serve the underserved.

How Local Businesses Can Get Involved
