A silver Toyota Highlander SUV ended up on its driver side, trapping occupants, following a collision with a GMC Acadia SUV on the 1400 block of Broad Street in front of Penn View Farm Dairy Products at Middle Road Monday afternoon.
The initial call per Bucks County emergency dispatch was for an auto rescue following a two-vehicle crash. However, all occupants were able to remove themselves from the SUV.
At the scene, the young driver and occupants suffered minor scrapes and bruising in the crash.
The Highlander sustained severe driver side damage from the impact of the crash. The GMS sustained serious front-end damage.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Injuries were unknown at the time of the crash.
Hilltown Township Police responded to the scene, assisted by Point Pleasant-Plumsteadville EMS, Dublin Fire Co. and Hilltown Township Fire.
