Pennsylvania State Police out of Dublin said someone caused between $10,000 and $50,000 worth of damage to the 12th green at Fox Hollow Golf Club in Milford Township last month.
Police said the criminal mischief was reported at 9:18 a.m. May 30 at the Trumbauersville Road golf course, but the incident occurred during the week of May 19.
An unknown substance or liquid was put on the putting green, damaging the grass and contaminating the soil, police said.
The incident is under investigation.
