Central Bucks West High School sent off 462 graduates of the Class of 2025 into the future Wednesday afternoon at War Memorial Field.
Of its 462 graduating seniors, 99 graduated summa cum laude (GPA of 4.1+), 68 magna cum laude (GPA 3.9-4.1), and 56 cum laude students (GPA 3.7-3.9).
Valedictorian was Thomas Shields, and Salutatorian was Yoel Nahor, according to the school’s website.
At least 388 of the graduates are headed off to higher education at 124 different 4-year colleges across 26 different states, and one internationally, with 27 immediately entering the workforce, 57 heading to 2-year colleges or career and technology education schools, two heading to military academy and three enlisting in the Armed Forces.
CB West’s Class of 2025 had 113 Presidential Educational Excellence Award winners as well. Of its 462, 78 students graduated from Middle Bucks Institute of Technology.
