First responders from numerous area fire companies are battling a barn fire near a mobile home on the 4500 block of Axe Handle Road in East Rockhill Township, Bucks County Wednesday night.
The Bucks County blaze, which was reported at 6:27 p.m., reportedly has endangered chickens.
The area of the fire is surrounded by dense forest. One firefighter has reportedly suffered heat exhaustion.
Responding units include Perkasie Fire Co., Quakertown Fire, Dublin Fire, Silverdale Fire, Sellersville Fire and Richlandtown fire companies.
