The Warrington Township Police Department has welcomed a new recruit to its ranks.

Last month, the department congratulated Officer Devin Yeager on her graduation from the Montgomery County Community College Municipal Police Academy.

Yeager was also honored with the Quest for the Best scholarship — an award that recognizes individuals who demonstrate a deep commitment to strengthening the common good of humankind, according to Warrington Police.

“This recognition is a true reflection of her character and values, and we could not be prouder to have someone of her caliber joining our ranks,” police said.

Yeager hit the ground running, beginning her field training the first week of July. Her accomplishments will be highlighted at a future Board of Supervisors meeting.
