A New Jersey man is charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure for allegedly exposing his lower half outside a Warrington hotel and a restaurant during daytime hours this month.

On July 4, management at the Hampton Inn Suites contacted police to report that Thomas Ingatus Martorana, 52, of Egg Harbor Township, N.J., had caused property damage to a hotel room and light post, and was advised he was no longer permitted on the property, police said.

The next morning, at 10:43 a.m., Warrington Police were contacted again by Hampton Inn Suites management because Martorana allegedly returned to the property and caused additional damage.

Upon arrival, at the 201 Metro Drive hotel, police said officers were approached by a witness from the nearby Red Robin at 281 Easton Road, who said they saw Martorana in the area without pants, commenting, “I saw everything.”

Police located Martorana sitting in the grass in the rear of Red Robin with his pants down, exposing his rear end, authorities allege.

He remains jailed in Bucks County jail following arraignment by on-call Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Petrucci, who set bail at 10% of $25,000 cash, according to court records.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 25 at 10:45 a.m. before Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
