New Britain Township Police are seeking information in connection with two separate retail theft incidents that occurred last week at the Wawa located at 525 W. Butler Avenue.
The first theft occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 1, at 2:02. According to police, two suspects entered the store and stole merchandise before fleeing in what appears to be a dark-colored early 2000s Honda Accord.
Authorities have since identified the female offender, but the second individual remains unidentified. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Marc Weilandics at 215-822-1910 or email [email protected], referencing report #48-25-00487.
Later that same day, at about 5:08 p.m., two additional suspects allegedly stole alcohol from the same Wawa.
The offenders arrived in a dark-colored Subaru, where a driver remained in the vehicle. A third individual, who entered the store separately, is believed to have acted as a lookout.
Police have since identified the person of interest but are still working to identify the two offenders and the vehicle driver.
