Hendricks is free on $20,000 unsecured bail and is banned from all Target stores, police said.
The day prior to Warrington Police filing charging in its felony case, Hendricks was arrested, arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail on misdemeanor shoplifting in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County.
