Plumstead Township Police are asking the public's help in identifying a thief caught on Ring camera stealing a package.

As seen on surveillance video, the thief approaches the home from the end of a long horseshoe-shaped driveway. They place a white bag on the steps of the home, and then proceeded onto the porch where they grab a delivery and then run from the area down the other side of the driveway.

The thief was wearing a black hoodie and black clothing. A vehicle is not seen on surveillance.
