One patient was taken by Grand View Hospital paramedics after a white box truck crashed into the woods off the side of the roadway of southbound Route 309 Thursday afternoon in West Rockhill Township. 

The accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. near mile marker 26.4, between the Lawn Avenue exit and Quakertown. 

Quakertown Fire Co. responded to the scene, as did St. Luke's Emergency & Transport.
