Hilltown Township Police have charged two men and a woman with the commercial burglary of Jaxx Towing on Swartley Road in October 2023.

Ryan Adam Bertanzetti, 40, of Malvern, Deanna Andrichyn, 34, of Boyertown, and Andrew Miley, 36, of Telford, were each arrested back in November, with Andrichyn turning herself in on Nov. 20, police said. Bertanzetti was also apprehended the same day.

On Nov. 26, authorities apprehended Miley on a warrant from Hilltown Township Police.

Miley is charged with felony counts of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, according to court records.

Bertanzetti and Andrichyn were each charged with felony receiving stolen property, according to court documents.

Miley was originally given 10% of $75,000 cash bail, but it was reduced per court order on Dec. 3 to 10% of $25,000 cash bail, which he posted on Dec. 7, per court records. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 14 at 1 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage.

Additionally, Miley is awaiting a preliminary hearing in February on charges of corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person, and furnishing liquor to a minor, stemming from an October arrest in Souderton Borough, according to court records.

Andrichyn is free on $75,000 unsecured bail, according to court documents. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 21 at 2:45 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage.

Andrichyn also awaits a preliminary hearing on Jan. 16 at 12:30 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Lisa Gaier, stemming from a simple assault and harassment arrest in Quakertown Borough in September, according to court records.

Furthermore, Andrichyn awaits February sentencings in Bucks County Common Pleas Court on two separate cases.

She pleaded guilty in October to 11 felonies and four misdemeanors related to the possession of illegal firearms with altered or removed serial numbers in a September 2023 arrest in Hilltown Township, per court records.

Also, she pleaded guilty in October to misdemeanor charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property stemming from an August 2023 arrest in Hilltown Township, according to court records.

Bertanzetti, who has an extensive criminal history, has been at Bucks County jail in lieu of 10% of $25,000 cash bail since Nov. 20, per court records. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 14 at 1 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage.

He is awaiting a February sentencing in Bucks County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty in October to felony counts of witness intimidation and retaliation against a witness or victim, stemming from a May 2024 arrest in Doylestown Township, according to court records. Bertanzetti is in Bucks County jail on 10% of $500,000 cash bail in that criminal case.

Hilltown Township authorities announced the arrests to the public on Jan. 5.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
