Emergency crews were called out to the intersection of Easton Road and Almshouse Road in Warrington Township just after 7:30 p.m. Friday for the report of a vehicle accident.
Arriving crews encountered two vehicles: a white SUV with rear end damage, and a silver sedan with heavy front end damage. Both had collided in the northbound lanes of Easton Road.
At least one person was transported to Doylestown Hospital with unknown injuries. Traffic was slowed in the area, and reduced to one lane in the northbound direction, as crews worked to clear the scene. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Doylestown Fire Company was assisted on the scene by Warrington Police, and Central Bucks EMS.
