Doylestown Township Police are advising truck drivers and haulers that Turk Road is now restricted to trucks more than 30 feet in length, between Almshouse and Bristol roads.
An engineering study was completed on the roadway which resulted in the restriction, police said Monday.
Signs have been installed upon all approaches to the location as shown to advise drivers of the restriction.
Please use an alternate route going forward if you or your company operate trucks in this area.
Local deliveries in the neighborhood and emergency vehicles are exempt from this restriction.
