A Warrington Township man is accused of breaking a victim’s jaw, which required surgery, during an argument and faces a March preliminary hearing on charges of felony aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, misdemeanor assault and harassment.

Eric Horace Wilson, 24, was allegedly involved in the fight at a home on Billingsley Drive in the township on Feb. 10.

Upon arrival, police found an argument had taken place, which became physical, with Wilson punching the victim in the face, breaking their jaw, police said.

A warrant was issued for Wilson’s arrest, and he turned himself in shortly thereafter, police said.

Wilson is free on $25,000 unsecured bail, set at arraignment by Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman. A preliminary hearing is set for March 10 at 9:45 a.m. before Wertman.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
