A Warminster Township woman accused of stealing $29,621 from the Warrington Soccer Club and multiple teams associated with it while serving as its vice president waived felony counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property to Bucks County Common Pleas Court last month.
Kristie Nicole Creswick, 39, waived her preliminary hearing Jan. 27. She had turned herself in on an warrant on Dec. 12, and was later released on $100,000 unsecured bail, according to court records.
In January 2024, Warrington detectives met with members of the club, who reported that Creswick had stolen funds from their organization, police allege.
Creswick allegedly stole the funds over a nearly 3-year period, beginning in April 2021 until December 2023.
She will be arraigned in county court on Feb. 28, followed by a scheduled pre-trial hearing April 8 before Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey L. Finley.
Creswick is represented by Doylestown attorney Thomas Logan.
