Christ’s Home, a non-denominational Christian ministry serving disadvantaged children and senior adults, is pleased to announce that is has been named a Top Senior Living Community for 2025 by Philadelphia Magazine for the second year in a row.

Philadelphia Magazine worked with DataJoe, a company that develops technology products for publications, including research tools, e-commerce applications and data-to-print utilities. DataJoe created and implemented a research project to identify the top retirement facilities and providers in the Philadelphia region. The magazine then consulted various public sources, such as state and federal government information, local media outlets and online ratings. Based on the information that was curated, the magazine chose Christ’s Home as one of their Top Senior Living Communities.

“We are honored that Philadelphia Magazine chose us once again as a Top Senior Living Community,” said Jim McGovern, CEO of Christ’s Home. “It has been our mission to offer seniors a place where they can thrive, so it is gratifying to know that our senior community is seen in such a positive light.”

Established in 1923, Christ’s Home is a full-service continuing care retirement community located in the heart of Bucks County and serves over 800 adults annually. The 84-acre community in Warminster, Pa. offers residential solutions for life at every stage, including independent living, personal care, skilled rehab care, long-term skilled care, and memory care services. The community has been expanding since 2005 with the addition of 127 independent living cottages, 24 independent living apartments, and a 90-room healthcare center. New wings were opened in 2024, which added 30 new independent living apartments, a new restaurant, additional community and exercise rooms, and outside terrace dining.
