Richland Township Police said Wednesday morning that Route 313 is closed near the 800 block of Doylestown Pike, between Fairview Avenue and East Paletown Roads due to a vehicle crash.
A driver took out a utility pole, causing power lines to collapse in the roadway, police said.
PPL is on scene and assessing the situation, police said.
Avoid the area.
