A Warminster woman had two felony assault charges withdrawn at a preliminary hearing this week and heads to Bucks County Common Pleas Court on misdemeanor and summary offenses, accused of hitting two people with her SUV in Buckingham Township.
Sage Pisarek, 29, of the 1500 block of York Road, was originally charged Aug. 18, 2025 with two counts of felony aggravated assault with extreme indifference, along with misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, terroristic threats, and harassment. She also faces a summary count of criminal mischief for intentionally or recklessly damaging property.
Police said the incident occurred Aug. 17 on the 5200 block of Ridge Road. Officers were dispatched for a reported traffic accident involving pedestrians and were advised of multiple injuries.
At the scene, police said they found a 2017 white GMC Terrain with severe front-end damage and identified Pisarek as the driver. Investigators determined that Pisarek allegedly rammed another vehicle several times before accelerating toward two individuals standing nearby. The SUV struck one person, projecting them into a fuel tank, while another was knocked to the ground during the incident.
Witnesses told police Pisarek threatened to kill people at the scene before she was forcibly removed from the vehicle by another party.
Authorities said both pedestrians sustained injuries requiring medical attention.
Pisarek is free on nonmonetary bail, changed by court order from 10% of $100,000 cash bail, which was already reduced from 10% of $350,000 cash bail, according to court records. She is represented by public defender David Gastfriend
