Police in Upper Moreland Township are investigating an alleged road rage incident involving a man who pointed a firearm at a pair of people in the Hatboro, according to police.

According to police, officers were dispatched at approximately 2:17 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2025, to the area of Blair Mill Road and Belmar Road for a report of an armed subject.

The complainants told police that while stopped at the intersection of Blair Mill Road and West Moreland Avenue, the driver of the Subaru pointed a black 9mm handgun at them while it remained inside a holster. The complainants described the suspect as a white male in his 20s to 30s with a scruffy beard, wearing an Eagles hat and a dark jacket. Police noted both complainants appeared visibly shaken and said they feared for their lives.

The incident began while both vehicles were merging near a turnpike exit while traveling north on Easton Road. The vehicles continued north before turning onto Blair Mill Road toward County Line Road.

The officers instructed the complainants to meet them at the Sunoco gas station located at 555 North York Road in Hatboro. While responding to the scene, officers located the Subaru traveling northbound on York Road near County Line Road. Police identified the registered lessee of the vehicle as Stone Tyler Falcone, 28, of Warminster.

Warminster Police were notified after the suspect vehicle fled into their jurisdiction. Officers there later located the Subaru at a residence on Brennan Drive in Warminster, but when Upper Moreland officers arrived, the vehicle was no longer present.

Police are still waiting to speak with Falcone, who has a valid Bucks County license to carry a concealed firearm and four registered firearms. Authorities also stated he has no prior criminal history.

Falcone is facing felony charges of aggravated assault.

Falcone did not post bail, which was set at $25,000.00.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Thomas P. Murt.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
