Firefighters from Warminster, Warwick and Hartsville fire companies worked together Tuesday morning to control and extinguish a fully-involved vehicle fire in a driveway before it spread to the adjacent home on the 1400 block of Old York Road in Warwick Township.

The fire was reported around 12:33 p.m. and was well involved upon arrival of first responders.

Heat from the blaze melted and damaged vinyl siding and exterior walls before fire crews extinguished it, causing minor damage. The vehicle was fully destroyed. Its make and model are unknown.

Warwick Police assisted at the scene. Old York Road was closed at Bristol Road during the fire.

The township fire marshal and PECO are on scene.
