On Nov. 5, 2025, a Warrington officer was investigating a vehicle rented from Avis in September that had not been returned.
Officers made contact with 50-year-old Otis Matthew Johnson from Philadelphia in the area of the 2200 block of Pileggi Road.
A check of Johnson’s information revealed an active warrant from the U.S. Marshals, police said.
Johnson was taken into custody, transported to the station for positive identification, and later transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
