Over the past three years nearly 80 of the leading spas, salons and med-spas have supported this community first initiative, by sharing profits to benefit the local cancer community. The popular program, now in its third year, has created a unique opportunity for spas, salons and med-spas to unite in an effort to raise funds through proceeds, with this year’s efforts securing nearly $10,000.
When people booked an appointment at one of our participating spas, med-spas or salons, a percentage of their treatment and/or product fee benefitted Kin Wellness and Support Center and our local cancer patients, their caregivers and oncology healthcare workers. The program was created so local residents can transfer their self-care into care for local cancer patients. #LocalForLocal
